Attendance:

Attendees or their staff should contact the program as soon as possible if an unplanned absence is necessary. We know things come up but we may not be able to accommodate individuals coming later or leaving earlier than scheduled program times. For example, we cannot cancel a planned outing to accommodate those who arrive more than 30 minutes after opening or leave less than 30 minutes before closing.

We will request a team meeting after the 3rd absence that is not communicated in advance. This helps ensure we are meeting your wants and needs.

Weather-related closings/delays

BLUMOON will be closed anytime the snow emergency level is 2 or above. We will post closings and delays on MyBLUMOON.com.

Notifications will also be made through a one-call system if a phone number is provided. 

Phone use

Individuals may bring and use a personal cell phone. The BLUMOON business phone is also available to use when communicating with staff and family. We will cover phone use in ISP meetings.
