Veronica has nearly 25 years of experience working with individuals with I/DD. Veronica’s first job was working for RHAM in a residential home. In 2003 she was hired at the Crawford County Board of DD to work in a sensory-based Snoezelen room. Veronica’s time in Snoezelen was spent researching and implementing sensory input and activities. She participated in the Community Connections trainings sponsored by the Clearwater COG. She also co-managed the Abounding Arts Studio which was launched through the CCBDD and Creative Abundance Consulting. Most recently Veronica held the position of Life Skills Assistant through RNI Inc. Veronica re-joined the RHAM team in August 2023 and will be co-managing the BLUMOON day program.

Jill has over 25 years of experience working with individuals with I/DD. She began her career working for Waycraft Industries before transitioning to the Crawford County Board of DD. Her many contributions and trainings include teaching sign language, designing alternate programming activities and becoming a Good Life facilitator. She also co-managed the Abounding Arts Studio which was launched through the CCBDD and Creative Abundance Consulting. Most recently Jill held the positions of LSA and Integration Coordinator through RNI Inc where she assisted individuals with volunteer work, habilitation training and discovering their life’s passions. Jill joined the RHAM team in August 2023 and will be co-managing the BLUMOON day program.

David has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with I/DD. He began his career as a home manager in the Dayton Ohio area. Over the years his responsibilities grew from home manager to program director to chief program officer. He has been involved with the Ohio Provider Resource Association (OPRA) during most of his career, even traveling to Canada with other leaders to explore industry specific software. David is the host of “The Direct Line” a podcast for the Ohio Association of Direct Support Professionals (OADSP) interviewing DSPs, agency and state leaders. David was responsible for building and growing Day Programs, and a Remote Support System with a large agency in Ohio. He also helped design and implement Ohio’s first I/DD specific electronic management system for provider agencies. That system is now used throughout Ohio and other states to streamline everything from work reporting to payroll. David joined RHAM to build BLUMOON and a remote support system.
